Thus Essentials Shipping Policy

We require a processing time of 7–15 working days before items are handed over to the courier. Please provide a contact number, email address, and complete delivery address; missing information may cause delays. If any item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly.

For dispatches within Lagos, we provide express door delivery at a flat fee of ₦7,000 (within 24–48 hours after fulfillment). For domestic delivery outside Lagos across Nigeria, we deliver at a flat fee of ₦12,000 (arriving within 1–3 working days). For all international destinations worldwide, we ship exclusively via express DHL Air Priority (rates calculated upon request and billed separately via concierge).

Some items will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis, meaning any duties or taxes incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. If delivery is refused, or if you are unavailable to receive the item despite reasonable attempts by the courier, your order will be returned to THUS Essentials, and you will be responsible for any unpaid duties, taxes, and additional shipping costs.
