Some items will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis, meaning any duties or taxes incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. If delivery is refused, or if you are unavailable to receive the item despite reasonable attempts by the courier, your order will be returned to THUS Essentials, and you will be responsible for any unpaid duties, taxes, and additional shipping costs.
